Sammy is a North Dakota native who escaped the cold by coming to Minnesota. 😉 She came to MN for college and family. Although her family has since moved back to ND, she's still here, which makes us happy! ✨

In her spare time, Sammy loves to go hiking, backpacking, kayaking, and play volleyball. She also spends a lot of time in the kitchen because she knows just how important nutrient dense food is for our bodies. Her favorite is turning nostalgic unhealthy meals & desserts into a nourishing treats by changing up the ingredients 🍩

Sammy was instantly in love with the atmosphere of Lux as a patient and now feels even more at home here as part of the team. She loves how every person that walks in these doors is taking charge in their health journey just like herself; instant connections are made. 💕

Haylee is originally from central Illinois but moved to Florida for college. 🌴 After a few years in the heat, she found herself missing the seasons and made her way back to the Midwest. Minnesota felt like the right place to land, especially with her husband being from here. 🍂❄️

She loves all things cozy, including fantasy novels, feel-good video games, and time with her husband and their two pups, Maggie and Leo. 🐾 They once traveled full-time in a camper for over a year 🚐 and still sneak in adventures whenever they can.

Haylee came to Lux as a patient after working in several other chiropractic offices. Experiencing the shift that gentle, nervous system-focused care made in her own life was powerful and supported both her physical and mental well-being. It’s special to now work in a space that reflects the kind of care she values most. She loves connecting with like-minded women at Lux and being part of such a calm, kind-hearted space. ✨💛

Social Media Manager

The only Minnesota native at the office😉 Lexi now lives 10 minutes away from her childhood home where she grew up! You might see her and her family around at the office, as they were patients before Lexi came on staff. In her spare time she enjoys reading young adult novels, baking chocolate chip cookies & weight lifting. 📖🍪

Her favorite thing about Lux is the community that the office brings together. It happens organically and it is such a blessing to be apart of! 🥰

When she is not working, she is spending time with her family either at forest school, bible study or on Fridays, you can find her at a donut shop! 🍩

Office Dog + Cuddle Buddy

Millie earns her keep by being our official greeter and professional snuggle buddy. She'll walk you back to your room, settle in for some pets while you're on the table, and if you're lucky enough to catch her couch time before Dr. Jen arrives, she might just claim the spot right next to you. Fair warning: those sweet eyes are always hoping for belly rubs. 🐾

Most days, you'll find Millie claiming her favorite corner spot during adjustments, keeping one eye on her people to make sure everyone's okay. She's formed genuine friendships with so many of our families over the years. Some kids ask about her before they even ask about their appointment! ✨

Her absolute favorite thing? The daily parade of people who walk through our doors, because in Millie's world, every single person is a potential new friend. Give her some love next time you see her - she'll remember you. ♥️
